    Craft conversation · 60 min

    Talk through real problems with the team. No whiteboard hazing — bring an example of work you're proud of.

  3. 03

    Paid work sample · 4-6 hrs

    A bounded, realistic project. We pay $500 for your time and you keep the work. Optional for some roles.

  4. 04

    Team & offer · 1-2 days

    Meet 2-3 future teammates. Reference calls. Offer within 48 hours. We never lowball.
